The only other New Zealand-produced show in the top 10 was NZME's Between Two Beers at number eight. The top spot went to Australian crime show Casefile, which was followed by science show Huberman Lab. The chart reflected the most popular shows and episodes using a mix of listening, follows and completion rates (Apple did not share the exact algorithm it used to determine the rankings "to protect its integrity"). "We know it's a big part of the New Zealand history curriculum in schools but it's great it's also a primer - along with Black Sheep - for adults wanting a simple and balanced way into our history."
